Did you know you can now buy, share or donate Cayman Airways Sir Turtle Rewards miles in a new and flexible ways?
Please note the following:
- Miles will be activated within two (2) business days
- To give / share miles to another Frequent Flyer member, please enter their Frequent Flyer account number in the Frequent Flyer number field on the final form.
- Purchased miles in excess of ticket redemption, will remain on members' accounts until next redemption.
- Members will be allowed a maximum transfer of 15,000 miles when transferring miles.
- All prices are in US dollars
BUY MILES
To buy miles for yourself or gift to another Frequent Flyer member, please select the number of miles you wish to purchase and then give our reservations department a call or visit our City Ticket Office. Purchase of miles during normal business hours Monday – Fridays, 9am -5pm will be credited to members account. Miles purchased outside normal business hours will be credited the next business day.

SHARE MILES
To transfer miles you have already earned to another frequent Flyer Member, please select the number of miles you wish to share and then give our reservations department a call. Please note that to transfer accumulated miles from your account, you will require the Frequent Flyer number for the person you wish to transfer the miles to. Members will be allowed to transfer increments of 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 miles. Sharing of miles during normal business hours Monday – Fridays, 9am -5pm will be credited to members account. Sharing of Miles outside normal business hours will be credited the next business day.

CHANGES TO SIR TURTLE AWARD TICKET
After a Sir Turtle Reward ticket has been issued, only date changes are permitted for a fee. Change fees are as follows:
- $15.00 - Domestic change fee
- $25.00 - Regional change fee
- $30.00 - US change fee
DONATE MILES TO A CAYMAN CHARITY
You may choose to donate your miles to your favourite Cayman Islands charity through our Miles Ahead Programme to help them offset travel expenses or for them to redeem as tickets for raffles or other fundraising initiatives.
