United States Fraud Protection and Policy
Cayman Airways has contracted CyberSource to assist with the Company Fraud Prevention Strategy. CyberSource is a subsidiary company of VISA that specializes in the detection and prevention of card payment fraud.
CyberSource Corporate Headquarters is located in San Francisco, CA.
Additional card payment fraud procedures in use by Cayman Airways include requesting a Government issued photo identification (passport, driving license, military identification), in the name of the cardholder, along with a signed Card Authorization Form.
Please note that in relation to suspicious transactions, at no time will a CyberSource agent require a customer to provide their full card details.
