Global IT outage impacts Cayman Airways’ third-party providers

Cayman Airways is monitoring the global Microsoft system outage affecting all airlines, airports, and other industries, and can provide the following updates at this time:

1. Our flight operations for today are currently not affected, but passengers flying today should expect some delays and plan accordingly
    
2. Our credit card payment processor has advised that they are having some issues affecting their ability to process payments and are currently working to restore full functionality soon. In the meantime, ticket sales will temporarily be limited to cash transactions at our ticket offices in the Cayman Islands only. Changes to existing reservations can still be facilitated, and customers can still make new bookings (with payments due within 24 hours), by calling our Reservations Call Center at 345-949-2311 or 1-800-422-9626 (toll free in the USA).

• Ensure that your ticket reservations have the correct email address and phone number where you can be contacted with any updates about your flight
• Allow extra time for check-in and immigration processing
• Pack sufficient medications in carry-on bags for the day as needed
