Passengers with Allergies

Cayman Airways cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal, drink, or environment on its flights. If you have a known severe allergy, however, please contact Cayman Airways at (345) 949-2311/(800) G-CAYMAN so that we can note this in your flight record. Additionally, once you board your flight, please advise a flight attendant who will be happy to assist as possible, including, if necessary, making an announcement asking passengers to refrain from eating any allergen-containing products they may have brought on board the aircraft.  Please understand, however, that while we always aim to work with you to make your flight safe and comfortable, we cannot prevent other customers from carrying allergen products aboard to eat. Therefore, we recommend that you bring appropriate medications on board (e.g. EpiPen®) for your own health and safety.
