Cayman Airways adjusts flight schedule and adds extra flights ahead of Hurricane Beryl

Following the Cayman Islands Government placing the Cayman Islands under a Hurricane Alert due to the projected path of Hurricane Beryl, the Cayman Airways Hurricane Committee met on Monday morning, July 1, 2024, and determined that the following changes to its flight operations are necessary for the safety of its passengers, crew, the Cayman Airways fleet, and to assist the country with the evacuation of visitors and residents as needed:

TUESDAY JULY 2, 2024

KINGSTON – FLIGHTS ADDED DUE TO WEDNESDAY’S CANCELATIONS

KX3606 GCM-KIN: departs at 4:45PM, arrives at 5:50PM

KX3607 KIN-GCM: departs at 7:00PM, arrives at 8:05PM

KX3608 GCM-KIN: departs at 6:10PM, arrives at 7:15PM

KX3609 KIN-GCM: departs at 8:15PM, arrives at 9:20PM

MIAMI – FLIGHTS ADDED FOR EVACUATION

KX3102 GCM-MIA: departs at 7:30AM, arrives at 10:00AM

KX3103 MIA-GCM: departs at 11:20AM, arrives at 11:50AM

All other flights will operate as scheduled at this time. 

WEDNESDAY JULY 3, 2024

KX600 & KX601 – cancelled (passengers moved to Tuesday July 2, 2024 as noted above)

KX2604 and KX2605 – cancelled (passengers moved to Tuesday July 2, 2024 as noted above)

KX3103 MIA-GCM: departs at 10:40AM, arrives at 11:10AM

CHANGE FEES WAIVED
