Cayman Airways Limited (CAL) has been informed by the Cayman Islands Airport Authority (CIAA) that the Owen Roberts International Airport on Grand Cayman, as well as the Charles Kirkconnel International Airport on Cayman Brac, will be closing at 9am on Tuesday November 5, 2024 due to the projected path of Tropical Depression 18. With the Cayman Islands also being placed under a Hurricane Warning, Cayman Airways confirms the following changes to its flight schedule accordingly:

Jet Service
Miami flights:
All other scheduled jet flights will be cancelled
Domestic Express Service
All other scheduled Express flights will be cancelled.
Wednesday November 6, 2024
Changes to be announced based on official airport closure announcements
Passengers affected by flight cancellations due to this storm will be accommodated on flights to be scheduled after the "all clear" is given by the Cayman Islands Government, and applicable airports reopen.

CALL CENTER AND TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The airline’s ticket offices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac, as well as the main administration offices at CAL Headquarters on Grand Cayman, will be closed on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 until the "all clear" is issued.
