Weather disrupts CAL's recovery efforts for the Sister Islands

Cayman Airways Limited (CAL) confirms that persistent inclement weather in the Cayman area has forced the cancellation of multiple recovery and evacuation flights scheduled for Cayman Brac and Little Cayman today. The airline has rescheduled those flights to resume its recovery efforts on Thursday November 7, 2024, pending weather conditions.

Affected customers are being contacted directly by the airline and will be accommodated on Thursday’s flights. Customers seeking to book any of these flights should visit www.caymanairways.com, contact a local travel agent, or call our Reservations Call Center on 345-949-2311.

The regular Cayman Airways Express schedule is expected to resume as of Thursday November 7, 2024, pending weather conditions. The regular jet schedule resumed today, Wednesday November 6, 2024.

Cayman Airways remains committed to the recovery efforts of our islands following the passage of Hurricane Rafael, and to ensuring that evacuees and other travellers reach their destinations safely.
