As a member of the Sir Turtle Club, customers receive:

• Sign up Bonus Miles: Receive a one-time bonus miles of 1,500 when you first become a member (One-time sign up bonus miles apply to Sir Turtle Club members only, miles will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account).
• Access to the Sir Turtle Rewards account online: Visit our website www.caymanairways.com, under Sir Turtle Rewards, enter your membership number and your password, if you do not have your Sir Turtle Rewards password you can email sirturtlerewards@caymanairways.net or call the rewards department on 345-949-8200 option 2
• Priority Airport Check-in: Entitled to use the dedicated Sir Turtle check- in line.
• Day of Departure Business Class Upgrade: Can be upgraded complimentary on all KX flights (Jet Services only) once flight check-in is closed and space is available. (Unlimited space available upgrade provided)
• Priority Economy Seating: Entitled to be seated in the forward rows if business class is not available.
• Baggage: Allowed one (1) free piece of checked luggage per flight beyond flight/seat specific allowance (subject to normal dimension and weight restrictions).
• Lounge Access: Unlimited lounge access when travelling on Cayman Airways only. Please note, in order for members to access the lounge, they are required to have a “lounge pass”, agents need to issue a pass upon check-in at the members request.
• Priority Boarding: Pre-board at their leisure once boarding of the aircraft has commenced on all Cayman Airways flights.
